Assist senior engineer in engineering project distributions and rollout

• Design, plan and engineer different network platforms and systems to meet product specification and operational requirements
• Establish, operate and manage of different network and system elements in TrueCONNECT, Global Ethernet, Hong Kong ISP and China ISP
• Review and enhance network performance in high service level
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to other departments
• Escalation support and co-operate with operation team on daily operations

• Execute regional sales strategy and targets that are in line with general sales and company objectives
• Defines and implements own action plan and framework for named accounts, sales leads and prospects to meet sales targets. Report on the action plan and results to VP Sales Europe.
• Coordinate own sales forecasts and KPIs and provides reports on the results
• Proactively seeks customers, builds up and maintain the customer database and pipeline
• Map multinational accounts and identify the relevant contacts
• Generate and develop Quality Leads for Carrier Sales
• Approaches customers directly (also by cold calling) in order to make them interested in our services, build database of potential clients and brand awareness
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
• Coordinate sales process internally and act as a point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders in regards to presented bids/ proposals
• Coordinate further follow up with customers on presented bids/proposals
• Initiate and handle all needed arrangements in order to finalize requested proposals, gather customers’ commitment for the order and close the deal
• Coordinate all communication with the approached customers and ensure follow up on customers’ requests
  

Job Requirements: 

• University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales the data networking and IT industry
• Knowledge of the telecom industry
• Having substantial and provable experience with working with top management and CEO’s of multinational companies
• Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
