Take lead in formulating, implementing and improving Company’s training strategies and training plan of all regions across Hong Kong and other regional offices
Arrange training activities which includes sourcing training providers and suitable courses, enrollment and payment; follow up with staff and providers on the courses status and conduct staff evaluation
Review and improve the Company training policies, workflow and procedures to increase the productivity and efficiency in all regions
Manage e-learning platforms including training system, Learning Management System (LMS), online training
Conduct internal trainings including orientation sessions for new joiners
Keep detail record of training data, budgets and documents.
Compile reports, presentation materials and in timely manner
Prepare ISO documents for the department
Any ad hoc HR tasks as assigned
工作要求:
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sizable companies
Detail oriented, keep all records up to date with learning systems and folders
Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Initiative, meticulous and responsible
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment
Able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates with less experiences can be considered as Senior Officer
