The 2019 Digital China Innovation Contest was a public competition supported by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and the Ministry and Industry and Information Technology. The theme was “Software Empowering Digital Economy Innovation Drives Digital China”. Mr. Don Feng Data Scientist of China Entercom (subsidiary of CITIC Telecom CPC) and his team, with outstanding performance, won the first prize amongst 8,000+ teams! Their case competition titled "Goldwind: The Estimation of SCADA Data Loss in Offshore Wind Farm” is the application of artificial intelligence in the industrial Internet. By establishing mathematical models, integrating various algorithm models, using known data to estimate missing data, and predicting and correcting real-time data, then applied the results in practical business application scenarios, minimizing the impact of missing data. As an "Innovation Never Stops" ICT service provider, we strive to serve businesses from all over the globe by addressing their specific business needs.
